Horizon Media adds Malloy

Horizon Media Canada has appointed Emily Malloy to the position of executive vice-president of client value for MX, the agency’s media buying division. She was previously president of Orion Canada. Prior to that, Malloy was vice-president of partnerships at Initiative and director of digital investment at Touché.
