Balmoral promotes Richardson

Balmoral Multicultural Marketing of Toronto has appointed Bob Richardson to the position of chairman of its advisory board. He was previously a member of this board. Richardson is the principal consultant at Hammersmith Consulting of Toronto. Prior to that, he was a senior counsel at National Public Relations. Richardson has also worked at Edelman, Devon Group and Ipsos Reid.
