Ikea readies Black Friday promotion

Furniture retailer Ikea Canada is preparing a promotion to coincide with Black Friday. The national initiative will focus on sustainability and will invite consumers to sell back used Ikea products to the company for in-store credit. The promotion will also highlight sustainable product that save water and energy and reduce waste. The effort will also include furniture donation drives, special promotions for 'as-is' products and in-store and online content on how to extend the life of second hand furnishings. The campaign will run from mid-November until the end of the month.
