Citizen Relations promotes Duggan

Citizen Relations has promoted Jenn Duggan to the position of general manager of its Toronto office. She joined the agency in 2018 as a senior vice-president. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Environics Communications, now Proof, as a senior consultant, an account director and a vice-president.
