US Virgin Islands seek agencies

The United States Virgin Islands is seeking an advertising agency and media agency to promote tourism to the territory. The agency search will take the form of a request-for-proposals process that will begin on Sept. 1. Interested firms can participate by contacting the territory's Department of Property and Procurement.
