Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Leyne

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has promoted Andrew Leyne to the position of consultant. Leyne joined the agency's British Columbia public affairs unit as a research analyst in 2011. Prior to that, he was a legislative assistant at the BC Government Caucus. He has also been a project coordinator at the Office of the Deputy Minister of the Environment, a research analyst at the University of Victoria and a research analyst at the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
